Refunds are assessed after eligibility is confirmed and returned items are reviewed.

Overview

If an approved return qualifies for a refund, we will process the refund using the original payment method where possible.

Eligibility

Refunds may be available for eligible unused items, faulty products, or fulfilment errors. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds are not guaranteed until the item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Personalised items

Monogrammed and personalised items cannot be refunded for change of mind because they are made specifically for the customer.

If a personalised item is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to resolve it.

Timing

Once approved, refunds are submitted to the original payment provider. Bank and payment provider processing times can vary.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is faulty or the issue was caused by a Hentley fulfilment error.
