We want you to love your Hentley purchase. If something is not right, contact us promptly so we can review the order and guide you through the next step.

Return eligibility depends on the item type, its condition, and whether it has been personalised.

Eligibility

Unused, non-personalised items may be eligible for return within the stated returns window. Items must be returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase.

Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use may not be accepted for change of mind returns.

Personalised items

Products that have been monogrammed or otherwise personalised are made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If a personalised item is faulty or we have made an error with the order, contact us with photos and your order number so we can resolve it.

How to return

Email us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

We will confirm the return instructions if the item is eligible.

Condition

Returned items should be packed securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked service when sending approved returns back to us.

Refunds or exchanges are assessed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
