PROCESSING

How long does it take for processing?
We do our best to send all orders out the same business day. However some orders will be sent next business day.

Pre Orders
Delivery dates are shown at checkout for each specific pre ordered item. Items are often sent prior to the designated delivery date. You will be notified of your pre orders progress and receive a shipment notification once we have dispatched your order.

Monogrammed Items
Please allow an extra business day for monogramming to be processed. Orders are often shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm. If it's urgent simply get in touch.

Where does Hentley ship?
We ship everywhere around the world.

How much does shipping cost?
We cover the shipping in Australia over $100 - it's free for you guys!

Australian Orders under $100 - $5.90

International Shipping is a flat rate of $19 for Regular, $39 for Express

How long will delivery take?
Australian deliveries usually takes 1-3 business days. Orders are delivered by Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking number shortly after your items are packed. 

International deliveries can range from 2-5 business days for Express and 3-12 business days for Regular.

We ship all items from Sydney, Australia.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Hentley items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price Hentley items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, with original packaging. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on monogrammed or pre ordered items as these have been personally customised and made specifically for you.

What's the returns process?

Return parcels must be sent to us. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. Items lost in the post that do not have tracking are the customers responsibility.

EXCHANGES

How do I exchange an item?
If you want to order an item in a different style or another colour, simply place a new order in our online shop. Return the unwanted item to us, following the returns shipping process. We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning is unused and in new condition. We will issue a refund on the returned item once we receive it.
