Did not arrive within the stated express shipping time of 5 days. Over several weeks I sent multiple emails, facebook and instagram messages, inquiring about my order status. I never received a reply. After a month it arrived at the wrong address.
It was a gift for a friend in Japan. But they sent it to my Australian address.
Absolutely horrible experience.

I am very disappointed that didn't receive the product yet.I ordered at April 2024. And I mailed several times to Hentley team, I didn't get any response from their side.

This is a nice piece. However the slim design will not hold 15 cards without considerable force. there is also 1 image (black fold) on the page that is not this product.

I am really satisfied with my wallet, really nice leather and engraving, however customer service (in my case) was completely absent. I struggled because i live in italy so the package had to pass through customs, where they asked me from animal species was the leather from. I couldn’t find that information on the site except on the page of another wallet (lahore), which made me hesitant to declare so.
It doesn’t matter how I tried to reach customer support (via mail, instagram) I didn’t get a reply so i had to go with what I’ve read on another wallet’s page (calfskin).
I strongly recommend to the staff to l fix the website inserting way more information, and to actually read the emails requesting for support.
Please make a better structured and updated website and help section for the mental health of your customers abroad!
But it doesn’t matter how unpleasant this was for me, the wallet is really great.

My confirmed order #HEN6532 has not been delivered since December 8th with no news from DHL other than "return to sender".
I was expecting this gift before Christmas.
I don't know what has been done so far or if I still have a chance to be delivered.
I only would like my money back as soon as possible.
Please keep me informed of the procedure to follow.
I look forward to receiving your reply.

I got this for my boyfriend and had it monogrammed with his initials. He is obsessed with the wallet and couldnt be more happy with it. Great product

Had ordered a Lahore wallet but they mistakenly sent a Manhattan Classic style one. Tried to contact them to inquire but they didn't even respond.

Ordered on 4th of September. No contact or confirmation from the company. Said created in 24 hours and then 3-5 working days. Sent 4 emails and no response to any. Wallet finally turned up on 29th of September.
2 stars as wallet is a nice quality

I have been very pleased with the craftsmanship of the product and the outstanding customer service that I have received.

Loved the wallet. Great quality. It's special to me because i) is made in Australia, I place I love, and ii) it's got the names of my two sons embossed.

I love this wallet! I have owned one for two years and loved it so much I bought two more for my two deserving sons. They love the wallet as much as I do. This is a quality item that it not over price if you want something of high quality.

Love the wallet. Good size for all my cards and cash. Well made. It would have been nice to have another compartment on the bill side for additional cards. All good otherwise.

We have just purchased our second Henley wallet and when the times comes, we will definitely purchase again.
